Fresh Start Fathers and the South Austin community is having their 18th Annual Anti Gun Violence Prayer Vigil. A unified effort that has drastically reduced Gun Violence in that area that once was registered the highest level of Gun Violence once we started 18 years ago and is now rated the lowest.
