Together Chicago is thrilled to welcome senior consultant Patrice Neely as our new Director of Economic Development.

A second-generation serial entrepreneur, Patrice brings over fifteen years of experience shaping thriving economic ecosystems through innovation and collaboration. She currently serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Northwestern University, where she mentors and develops future leaders and innovators.

Throughout her career, Patrice has successfully scaled both for-profit and nonprofit ventures, leading diverse teams and creating pathways for sustainable growth. Her leadership and creativity have earned her multiple awards for software innovation and community impact—including recognition from the City of Chicago for helping hundreds of minority-owned businesses and nonprofits recover during the pandemic.

Her innovative work has been supported by partners such as Mastercard, Google, JPMorgan Chase, Chicago Community Trust, and Techstars.

At Together Chicago, Patrice will leverage her “kingdom superpower” in economic architecture to design initiatives that foster equitable growth, strengthen local businesses, and empower everyday people to live out their kingdom calling through economic transformation.
