Families Anonymous Chicagoland Convention: Supporting Families Affected by Addiction

Families Anonymous (FA) provides a confidential place where loved ones find support from people who understand what they are experiencing. It is a fellowship program open to anyone concerned about the substance use or related behavioral problems of someone they care about.

Please join us for a day of workshops and information dealing with the family disease of addiction.

8:00–8:45 a.m. — Registration and Continental Breakfast
8:45 a.m.–3:00 p.m. — Program and Workshops

Breakfast and lunch are included.

Special Group Rate: $50 per person when four or more registrations are mailed together and received by October 23.

After October 23/Walk-In: $60 per person, payable by cash, Zelle or check. Credit cards are not accepted.

Free parking is available in the church lot or the school lot across the street.
