Breakthrough Walk for Hunger & Housing

Four years ago, our annual Walk for Hunger began as a way to raise awareness and support to end food insecurity in our community. Each year since, more and more people have joined us, strengthening our collective commitment to this cause.
As we approach our milestone 5th annual walk, we’re expanding our focus. Hunger does not exist in isolation. It is deeply connected to housing instability. When people have access to safe, stable housing, outcomes improve, from food security and employment to overall health and well-being. That’s why when you participate with us this year, you’ll be walking for Hunger & Housing.
The Walk for Hunger & Housing is a one-mile walk through our beautiful Garfield Park neighborhood. Just by walking you are raising awareness. If you’d like to make an even larger impact, please consider donating to our work.
