On the last Sunday of January 2023, our Faith-Community Mobilization efforts united leaders from across Chicagoland in the annual Chicagoland United in Prayer event. This year’s program “Lord, Teach Us to Pray” was led by dozens of faith leaders from across the city of Chicago and suburbs in a mixture of scripture reading, prayer, songs, prayer huddles, and a commission to put faith into action in our communities. Over 140 churches and 25 nationalities were represented in the diverse audience, from over 85 communities across Chicagoland.
