We’re proud to share that Damien Howard, our Director of Education Initiatives, received the $25,000 TechRise price for his work advancing social-emotional learning through SEL Plus. This recognition reflects not only Damien’s vision but also the heart of Together Chicago’s mission—to help young people, especially those from violence-impacted communities, thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually through collaborative action and community-driven change.
