EDDR Foundation’s FREE 3rd Annual Health Fair

Join us for FREE food, music, giveaways, and raffle prizes! This year’s health fair will be hosted at the Shine Bright Community Center (NOW CAPITAL ONE) located at 8560 South Cottage Grove Avenue, Chicago, IL 60619.  

EDDR Foundation is committed to activities that provide opportunities for individuals to learn, grow, and reach their employment and financial goals. Our mission is to be a resource to individuals in need by providing free services in the form of training and supportive services that lead to financial, professional, and educational success. That’s why this year we are hosting a strong community network of resources and services focused on helping improve your quality of life.

INFORMATIONAL WORKSHOPS

These mini-workshops will take place throughout the day in the main vendor space. These are meant to be short informationals, so feel free to visit their table to talk before or after! Vendors will discuss – expungement – medicaid access – problem gambling – substance abuse & overdose awareness –  free sober events – emotional freedom
